RICK BROPHY

Founder and General Manager

A native of South Florida, Rick followed his father’s footsteps and pursued a career in the HVAC industry. After several years in the industry as a service and construction manager, Rick founded Brophy Air in 1991. His diligence and passion for excellence has continued to ensure Brophy Air is a high quality HVAC provider. Rick graduated from the five year apprenticeship program at the renowned ARPEC school in South Florida.

MANNY LOPEZ DE QUINTANA

Founder and Lead Technician

Born in Cuba, Manny moved to South Florida at a young age. After several years in the industry, Manny founded Brophy Air in 1991. His passion for customer service and cutting edge HVAC technology has made him really effective at coaching and developing our field technician force while ensuring high quality of our work. Manny graduated from the five year apprenticeship program at the renowned ARPEC school in South Florida.

Gabriel Rodriguez

General Manager

Originally from Puerto Rico, Gabe joined the team in 2018 after 5 years working for large multinational companies across the globe in different capacities. Since he joined, Gabe has been leading key initiatives for the company while studying under Rick to take the role of head coach. He graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Applied Economics and Management.

HECTOR URGELL, P.E.

Operations Manager

Hector joined the team in 2018 with 22 years of experience working with mechanical equipment and leading teams in Puerto Rico. Hector provides support to the field technician force in diagnosing issues, procuring materials and executing solutions. He graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

LIZETTE DIAZ MASSO

Owner and Managing Member

Lizette took over Brophy Air in 2017 and converted it to a Linc Service franchise. Her goal is to build on the high quality of work Brophy Air is known for and leverage Linc Service to provide the South Florida market with innovative offerings. Lizette graduated from University of Puerto Rico with a degree in Industrial Engineering and then pursued a Master’s degree in Robotics from Purdue University.

 

MARGARITA ALONSO

Administrative Assistant

Margarita, a South Florida native, joined the team in 2012. Margarita currently manages our billing, collections, accounts payable and payroll processes.

CARLOS MANZANERO

Service Clerk

Carlos is the newest addition to our team, joining at the end of 2018. Carlos is in the front lines taking customers calls, coordinating service with technicians and customers. and ensuring our customers are satisfied with our service.
